How I Work

Daniel Walters diagnoses how your people, processes, and technology actually connect — then builds the frameworks that make those connections intentional. Not tool sales. Not software implementation. Operational consulting, MarTech strategy, and AI workflow design based on 15+ years and 50+ teams across industries.

Some clients need AI agents built. Others need their marketing stack untangled, their operations documented, or their team aligned around a system that actually works. The common thread: your business has smart people doing redundant work because the systems weren’t designed for how you operate today.

Every engagement starts the same way: listening. I need to understand how your business actually works before I can tell you what to change. That means stakeholder conversations, workflow mapping, and honest assessments — not sales decks.

I lead with value. If I can’t help, I’ll tell you. If someone else is a better fit, I’ll make the introduction. That’s not a pitch — it’s how I operate.

Three Ways to Work Together

Each tier builds on the last. Start where it makes sense for you.

Workflow Audit

2–3 weeks

Before you buy tools or hire consultants, let’s figure out what actually matters. A focused assessment of your operations, tech stack, and where AI fits — and where it doesn’t.

  • 3–5 stakeholder interviews
  • Current workflow & tech stack documentation
  • Opportunity map (AI, ops, MarTech)
  • Prioritized recommendations
  • Executive presentation with ROI projections

Full Architecture

8–12 weeks

End-to-end system design — from diagnostic through implementation to ongoing advisory. Operations, MarTech, and AI working as one connected system.

  • Full workflow audit (Tier 1 scope)
  • Multi-agent system design (5–10 agents)
  • MarTech & integration architecture
  • Governance framework
  • Team training program
  • 3 months ongoing advisory

What to Expect

Every engagement follows the same principles, regardless of scope:

  • Discovery first. We start with a conversation — no commitment, no pressure. I need to understand your situation before proposing anything.
  • Diagnosis before prescription. I document what I find, share it with you, and we agree on priorities together. No surprises.
  • Build with you, not for you. Your team stays involved. My job is to build capacity, not dependency.
  • Transparent progress. You see what I see. Regular check-ins, shared documentation, no black boxes.
  • Knowledge transfer. When the engagement ends, you own everything. The systems, the documentation, the knowledge. It’s yours.

The Practitioner, Not the Theorist

Daniel Walters runs a 19-agent AI system across his own business every day — the same cognitive architecture he designs for clients. He’s not consulting from slides. He’s consulting from a live system he built, maintains, and evolves.

Most consultants sell you software. Daniel diagnoses how your people, processes, and technology actually connect — then designs the framework that makes those connections intentional. The architecture comes first. The tools follow.

Results, Not Promises

“I’ve known Daniel for years and he’s always been the guy who sees the system behind the system. Most people talk about AI like it’s magic — Daniel actually shows you the wiring. He built me something in a day that would’ve taken my team months to even scope.”

Parker Pursell — Pursell Farms

“Daniel is the only person I trust to touch my tech stack. He doesn’t just fix what’s broken — he sees three moves ahead and builds it so it doesn’t break again. Every business owner needs someone like him in their corner.”

Chase Morrow — Deploy Alloy

“I’ve worked with Daniel across multiple projects and capacities, and what stands out is his structured approach to systems thinking. He sees how people, process, and technology connect in ways I’d never considered before. He also brings an EOS mindset to using AI.”

Lee Handley — EOS Worldwide, Professional Implementer

“Daniel has a rare quality of being able to explain tech to a layperson while understanding how that tech will be used. His ability to translate vision into action, and map that into a system, is the missing link between idea and execution.”

Common Questions

How much does consulting cost?

Pricing depends on scope. The Workflow Audit (2–3 weeks) is the lightest engagement. Custom Build (4–6 weeks) and Full Architecture (8–12 weeks) scale from there. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call where I learn your situation and recommend the right scope — or tell you if consulting isn’t what you need.

What industries do you work with?

50+ teams across marketing, operations, financial services, real estate, healthcare, robotics, media, and professional services. The diagnostic frameworks are industry-agnostic — because the underlying problems are the same everywhere: smart people, disconnected systems, wasted capacity. Daniel adapts the process to your context, not the other way around.

Do you work remotely or only in Birmingham?

Both. Daniel is based in Birmingham, AL and works with local clients in person, but most engagements are remote. The AI systems, documentation, and training are all delivered digitally. Discovery calls and check-ins happen over video.

What happens on a discovery call?

A 30-minute conversation where Daniel learns about your business, your current technology stack, and what’s not working. No pitch, no slides, no pressure. If there’s a fit, he’ll recommend a specific engagement. If there isn’t, he’ll tell you — and often make an introduction to someone who can help.

What if AI isn’t right for my business?

That’s a real possibility, and Daniel will tell you. The Workflow Audit exists specifically to answer this question. Not every process benefits from AI — sometimes the issue is people or process, not technology. The audit identifies where AI fits and where it doesn’t, so you invest in the right place.

Do I own the systems you build?

Yes — everything. When the engagement ends, you own the agents, the documentation, the knowledge bases, and the training materials. DDV builds capacity, not dependency. Your team will know how to maintain and evolve the system without Daniel.

Ready to make your systems intentional?

No pitch — just a conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I can help.
